- Profile Image: If you choose to add a photo, the app accesses your Camera or Photo Gallery. This image is used strictly for your resume document.
b. Technical Data
- Templates: The app fetches over 30+ professional templates from our secure servers to provide you with the latest designs.
- App Tracking: With your permission (ATT), we use device identifiers for personalized advertising.
2. Exporting & Storage
Our app provides options to export your completed resume in different formats. Your data is handled as follows during export:
- PNG Export: When you save as an image, the file is stored directly in your device's Photos App.
- PDF Export: When you save as a document, the file is stored in your device's Files App (on-device storage).
- Privacy Note: These files are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your generated resumes on our servers.
3. Permissions Used
The app requests the following permissions to function correctly:
- Photo Library (Read/Write): To select a profile photo and to save exported PNG resumes to your gallery.
- Camera: To take a profile picture for your resume.
- Files/Storage: To save exported PDF resumes to your device.
- Tracking: To provide relevant advertisements.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers for specific app features:
- Google AdMob: For displaying ads.
- Firebase: For basic app analytics and crash reporting to improve performance.
- Apple: All premium template purchases and subscriptions are handled securely via Apple In-App Purchases.
5. Data Retention
- Your resume data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your local data will be removed.
- We do not collect or store your personal resume information on any external database or server.
