This Privacy Policy explains how apps published under the developer account "Kevin Ghori" collect, use, and protect your information when using our apps, including Face Analyzer.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect or process the following data:

a. Personal Data
  • No personally identifiable information is collected unless explicitly provided by the user.
  • Optional access may be requested (camera, microphone, gallery).
  • Face images or videos you choose to upload for analysis.
  • Facial feature points extracted only to generate non-judgmental facial metrics such as symmetry, proportions, and structure.
b. Usage Data
  • Device model, OS version, and app version
  • Session duration and usage statistics
  • Crash and performance logs
c. AI-Specific Data
  • Your inputs (photo, text, audio) may be processed by on-device or secure cloud AI engines.
  • Data is used only to generate analysis results and not for biometric identification or model training.
d. Use of Face Data (TrueDepth / ARKit)
  • Some features may use Apple’s TrueDepth camera or ARKit to track facial movements, blend shapes, and face anchor positions.
  • This data is used solely for real-time purposes such as AR overlays, alignment, symmetry guidance, or facial metric visualization.
  • No TrueDepth data, face mesh, depth map, raw camera input, or 3D facial model is stored, saved, transmitted, sold, or shared with any party.
  • All TrueDepth/ARKit data remains strictly on-device and is discarded automatically when the AR session ends.
  • The app does not use TrueDepth or ARKit data for identification, authentication, facial recognition, or any user profiling.
e. Face Data from Uploaded Images
  • User-provided images are analyzed to extract metrics such as symmetry, proportions, and ratios.
  • Face data is processed only during the session and not stored unless the user intentionally saves results.
  • Face data is never used for identity recognition or biometric verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate AI-based face metric results (symmetry, proportion index, structure analysis)
  • To provide AR overlays and real-time guidance using TrueDepth/ARKit
  • To improve app performance and user experience
  • To process uploaded photos or videos temporarily during analysis

We do not sell, rent, or transfer any personal or biometric data to advertisers or marketers.

3. Face Data Storage, Sharing & Retention

a. Storage
  • Face data from TrueDepth/ARKit is never stored and never leaves the device.
  • Uploaded photos may be processed on-device or through secure cloud AI systems.
  • All uploaded photos are deleted automatically once results are generated.
b. Sharing
  • No TrueDepth/ARKit data is shared with any third party.
  • When external AI engines are used, only the image you submit is processed temporarily to generate results.
  • No biometric identifiers are created, stored, or shared.
c. Retention
  • TrueDepth/ARKit data is retained only during active processing and permanently deleted when the AR session ends.
  • Uploaded photos are deleted immediately after analysis unless the user chooses to save them.
  • No long-term storage of face data occurs on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted services for limited purposes:

  • Google AdMob – ads
  • Firebase Analytics – app analytics
  • OpenAI or Google Cloud AI – optional temporary image processing
  • Apple In-App Purchases – subscription management

5. Advertising

Some apps may show ads using device identifiers such as IDFA.

You may opt out anytime:
Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn Off Personalized Ads

6. In-App Purchases

  • All payments are processed securely by Apple.
  • You can cancel subscriptions from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued by Apple. Visit: reportaproblem.apple.com

8. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under age 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Face data is deleted immediately after analysis.
  • User-created results remain only on the device unless the user manually exports or saves them.

10. User Rights

  • Right to request deletion of data
  • Right to opt out of processing where possible
  • Right to request information about data we process
