This Privacy Policy explains how AI LookTrial: How Outfit Looks (the "App"), developed by Kevin Ghori, collects, uses, and protects your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. About This App

AI LookTrial is a virtual outfit try-on and AI styling app. Its core features include:

Virtual Try-On: Upload your photo and see how an outfit looks on you using AI.
Mix & Match: Combine clothing items on a photo of yourself to preview complete looks.
Style Matcher: Upload a clothing item to get color-matching suggestions and outfit ideas.
Outfit Score: Upload an outfit photo and get an AI-generated style score and feedback.

All AI features require sending photos to third-party AI models. You will be asked for explicit consent before any data is sent.

2. Data We Collect

a. Photos & Images You Provide

Photos of yourself (face and full body) that you upload or capture using the camera, used for virtual try-on features.
Photos of clothing items you upload for style analysis, mix & match, or try-on.
Outfit photos you upload for outfit scoring.

These images are sent to third-party AI models only when you actively use a feature and only after you have given your consent. They are not collected, stored, or shared in any other context.

b. Text Prompts

Style preferences, occasion types, and any other text inputs you provide when using AI features.
These are sent to AI models solely to generate the requested result.

c. Usage & Analytics Data

App usage statistics (which features are used, generation success/failure rates)
Device type and operating system version
Crash reports
Anonymous interaction logs

This data is collected via Firebase Analytics (Google) and does not include any personally identifiable information.

d. Purchase & Subscription Data

Subscription status (active/expired) stored locally on your device.
We do not have access to your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple.

3. How We Use Your Data

To deliver AI features: Your photos and prompts are sent to AI models to generate virtual try-on results, style analysis, mix & match outputs, and outfit scores.
To improve the app: Anonymous usage analytics help us fix bugs and improve performance.
To manage subscriptions: To verify your premium status and unlock features accordingly.
To display ads: If you are on the free tier, ads may be shown via Google AdMob. Ad networks may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) to personalize ads.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or photos with advertisers or any unrelated third parties.

4. Face & Body Image Data

Because this app involves photos of people, we want to be especially transparent about how this data is handled.

What face/body data does the app collect?

Photos of you (face and/or full body) that you voluntarily upload or capture for virtual try-on and outfit scoring features.

How is it used?

Your photo is sent to AI models (GPT and Flux Pro) to generate a virtual preview of how an outfit would look on you.
It is not used for facial recognition, biometric identification, user profiling, or training of AI models.

Who is it shared with?

Your photo is temporarily sent to third-party AI models — specifically GPT (by OpenAI) for analysis and Flux Pro for image generation — solely to produce the requested output.
It is never shared with advertisers, marketers, or any other unrelated parties.

Where is it stored?

We do not store your face or body photos on our own servers.
The AI models process your image in secure data centers and do not retain it after the result is delivered.
Generated results are saved to your device's closet only if you choose to save them.

How long is it kept?

Your photo is held only for the duration of the AI processing (typically a few seconds).
Once the output is returned to your device, the original photo is automatically deleted from the AI processing pipeline.
No long-term storage or backups are made by us or the AI models.

5. Third-Party AI Models

The AI features in this app are powered by the following third-party AI models:

GPT (by OpenAI) — used for style analysis and outfit scoring. Your uploaded outfit or clothing photo and a text prompt describing the analysis task are sent to this model.
Flux Pro — used for virtual outfit try-on and mix & match image generation. Your body photo and clothing images are sent to this model to produce the generated output.

These models process your data only to generate the result you requested. They do not use your inputs to train their models, build profiles, or share data with third parties.

Your explicit in-app consent is required before any data is sent to these models for the first time.

6. User Consent for AI Data Sharing

Before any photo or prompt is sent to a third-party AI model for the first time, the app displays a consent dialog that explains:

What data is sent: Your uploaded photos (including face and body images), clothing images, and text prompts.
Who receives it: Third-party AI models (GPT and Flux Pro) used to generate outfit previews and analysis.
How long it is kept: Temporarily, for the duration of processing only. Deleted automatically after the result is generated.
Face data use: Used only for virtual outfit try-on. Not used for facial recognition, biometrics, or profiling.

You must tap "Agree & Continue" to proceed. If you tap "Decline", no data is sent and the AI feature is not used. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at kevinghori@live.com or by reinstalling the app.

7. Other Third-Party Services

Firebase Analytics (Google): Used for anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting. Privacy Policy

8. Advertising

The free version of the App may display ads via Google AdMob. Ad networks may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads based on your interests.

To opt out of personalized ads on iOS:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > Turn off Personalized Ads

We do not share your photos or AI-generated content with ad networks.

9. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers a premium subscription that removes ads and unlocks unlimited AI generations.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, go to: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
We do not process payments or have access to your payment information.

10. Refund Policy

All purchases are handled by Apple. We do not issue refunds directly.

11. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the App and submitted personal data, please contact us at kevinghori@live.com and we will delete it promptly.

12. Data Retention & Deletion

Photos and prompts sent to AI models are deleted automatically after processing is complete.
Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase/Google per their own retention policies.
Generated outfit images are stored locally on your device only if you choose to save them. You can delete them at any time from within the App or your device.
