  • When users use the AI room analysis feature, the app securely transmits selected user inputs to AI processing services.
  • The transmitted data may include:
    • Room images uploaded, captured, or selected by the user
  • The application uses AI processing powered by OpenAI API services to analyze room environments and generate insights.
  • These services process user inputs solely to generate the requested output.
  • We do not sell, rent, or use user content for advertising profiling.
  • User inputs are not retained by us after processing unless the user saves the generated result on their own device.

3. Image Data Storage, Sharing & Retention

a. Where Will Uploaded Images Be Stored?
  • We do not store uploaded room images on our own servers.
  • User-provided images may be securely transmitted to AI processing services only for generating the requested room analysis.
b. Will Images Be Shared?
  • Yes, but only temporarily with trusted AI providers to perform room analysis.
  • Images are never shared with advertisers or marketing companies.
  • Images are processed only for generating the requested AI output.
c. How Long Will Image Data Be Retained?
  • Images are retained only for the duration of the AI analysis process.
  • Once the output is delivered, the original uploaded images are not stored by us.
  • No long-term storage or backups are performed unless explicitly saved by the user on their device.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app may integrate third-party services for:

  • Advertising (e.g., Google AdMob)
  • Analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics)
  • AI processing (e.g., OpenAI API)
  • In-app purchases and subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase system (iOS)

5. Advertising & Device Identifiers

The app may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. To serve relevant ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and use your device's advertising identifier:

On iOS 14 and later, the app will request your permission before accessing your IDFA through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You may choose to allow or deny tracking at that prompt.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

8. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not designed for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at kevinghori@live.com and we will promptly delete it.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following protections:

  • Sensitive user data (such as subscription status and purchase information) is stored using device-level encrypted storage — iOS Keychain and Android Keystore.
  • All data transmitted to AI processing services is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • We do not store uploaded room images on our own servers.
  • No payment information is ever stored by us — all billing is handled directly by Apple or Google.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

  • AI input (room images or user-provided inputs) is processed temporarily and deleted after processing.
  • Users control their own generated outputs.
  • We do not retain uploaded images unless stored by the user on their own device.

11. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data.
  • Opt-Out: Opt out of certain data processing activities.

Before transmitting any images to AI services, the app requests user permission.

  • Users may decline by not using the AI analysis feature.
