Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure storage practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
PIN codes for Member accounts are stored using secure hashing methods and are never stored in plain text. Leader authentication is handled entirely by Google or Apple and we do not store your third-party account passwords.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account or leave a family circle, your personal data associated with that circle will be deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Journey history and completion records are stored for the duration of your account and deleted upon account deletion.
The App is designed for family use and children may participate under the supervision of a parent or guardian within a family circle. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Children participating as Members in a family circle join using a PIN only — no email address, phone number, or personal identifiers are required. The family circle Leader (a parent or guardian) is responsible for managing family membership and supervising children's use of the App.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time through App settings or by contacting us directly. Upon deletion, all personal data including profile information, reading history, and family circle data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
The App does not use browser cookies. The App may use local device storage to cache Quran audio files for offline playback. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can manage cached audio through the App's storage settings.
This policy may be updated occasionally. The updated policy will always be available within the App and on our App Store listing. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
